Exclusive discounts of up to NIS 2 million for penthouse apartments in Tel Aviv and Ramat Gan

An established and reputable Israel real estate group is embarking on a special discount month to promote the sale of penthouse apartments at their four luxurious residential projects located in Tel Aviv and Ramat Gan. The group announced on Sunday a special promotion of exclusive discounts saving up to NIS 2 million on penthouse apartments. Special sale discounts will last until end of March.
- Luxury towers located in the heart of Tel Aviv: discounts in March will be made for the sale of penthouse apartments ranging from a size of 216 to 246 square meters including balconies. Taking the discount into account penthouse apartments will be offered at NIS 32,000 per square meter.
- Two prestigious towers with 204 luxury apartments (102 in each), built in a distinguished neighborhood in Ramat Gan: sale discounts will apply for the penthouse apartment stretching over 205 square meters offering a 60 square meters terrace, as well as, for the luxurious 347 square meters triplex apartments, which have a swimming pool on the roof and terrace space of 224 square meters. The triplex apartments will be sold at a discounted price of NIS 19,500 per square meter.
- Exclusive 17-storey tower project, located in the heart of the prestigious Nahalat Yitzhak neighborhood in Tel Aviv: discounts will be offered for the sale of penthouse apartments of a size of 164 square meters with a balcony size of 44 square meters. The residential tower faces west and offers a great view of the Tel Aviv landscape, right up to the seashore, and is built in a quiet, green and central area. Due to the discount promotion, the price of penthouse apartments will be fixed at NIS 17,500 per square meter.
- Exclusive residential project constructed in the heart of one the most exclusive residential areas in Tel Aviv: discounts will be made on the sale of its luxurious penthouse apartments of a size of 153 square meters and a balcony size of 90 square meters. During March, these apartments will be sold at a price of NIS 25,000 per square meter.
