Contractors predict: Sharp increases in housing prices are at their end

The real estate industry has reached a consensus on the state of housing prices: As Housing and Construction Minister Ariel Atias recommends that apartment buyers haggle over the price and wait for a fall in prices, which he promises will happen shortly, the Association of Contractors and Builders in Israel estimated yesterday that the steep rises in housing are over.
