The following is a selection of Israel real estate deals that took place throughout the country during September 2020. The idea is to give our readers a general idea of property prices in Israel, the real estate market, and activities taking place around the country.

Tel Aviv:

A 5-room apartment, 120 sqm with a 25 sqm balcony, located on the fourth and top floor of a building (with an elevator) on Shmuel Tamir Street in the New Ramat Aviv neighborhood, was sold for 4,500,000 NIS. A 4-room apartment, 80sqm, located on the third floor out of four floors (without an elevator) on Sheshet Hayamim Street in the Kfar Shalem neighborhood, was sold for 1,515,000 NIS. A 4-room apartment, 80 sqm with a 6 sqm balcony, located on the ground floor out of 3 floors, on Arlozorov Street in the city center, was sold for 2,925,000 NIS. (Re/Max Ocean).

Jerusalem:

A 4-room apartment, 125 sqm with a 30 sqm balcony, located on Benajamin Disraeli Street, Talbieh, was sold for 6,000,000 NIS (Hellen Duman Realty).

A 4-room apartment, 112 sqm with two balconies each of 8 sqm , located on the eighth floor of a new building on Yaffo Street, city center, was sold for 3,800,000 NIS (Deborah Michael Homes).

A 4-room apartment, 91 sqm with a 110 sqm garden, located on the third floor out of seven, on HaMamtsi Street, Har Homa, was sold to a buyer in the US for 1,765,000 NIS (Jackie Bitensky Real Estate).

A 7-room villa, 280 sqm with 300 sqm gardens, located on D’Israeli Street, Talbieh, was sold for 13,000,000 NIS. A 4-room apartment, 100 sqm with a 110 sqm garden, located on the second floor out of six (with an elevator), on Hahaganah Street, French Hill, was sold for 1,850,000 NIS (Re/Max Vision).

Ashdod:

A 7-room duplex apartment, 196 sqm, with two large balconies, located on floors 1 and 2 on 29 November Street, City Quarter, was sold for 2,400,000 NIS. A 5-room duplex apartment (converted into 4 rooms), 217sqm, with two balconies, located on floors 7 and 8 on Tel Hai Street, Kav Quarter, was sold for 2,600,000 NIS (Re/Max Together).

Netanya:

A 5-room apartment, 143 sqm, with a 20 sqm balcony, located on the 14th floor out of 24 floors, on Bene Berman Street, Ir Yamim, was sold for 2,630,000. A 4-room apartment, 124 sqm, with a 12 sqm balcony, located on the 4th floor out of 15 floors, on Pierre Koenig Street, South Beach Netanya, was sold for 2,180,000 (Maxine Marks – Luxury Property in Israel).
