June was another busy month in the Israeli real estate world: Dira b’Hanacha, the government’s discounted program for first-time home buyers, was expanded, the Construction Cost index increased by a further 0.5% and interest rates continued to rise. At the end of the month, the fragile government was forced to dismantle bringing even more uncertainty to an already uncontrollable market.
The following is a selection of real estate deals that took place in June 2022 that involved English-speaking real estate agents in Israel. The idea is to give our readers a general idea of the residential real estate market, property prices, and activities taking place around the country that relate to Israel real estate*.
Jerusalem:
A 4-room apartment, 108 sqm, located on the first floor out of three floors on Rivka Street in Baka, sold for NIS 3,500,000. A studio flat, 48 sqm, located on Yosef Chaim in Nachlaot, was sold for 1,920,000. (Re/Max Vision).
Tel Aviv:
A 5-room mini-penthouse, 150 sqm with a 40 sqm balcony, located on Amir Gilboa in the Nofei Yam neighborhood, was sold for NIS 8,150,000 NIS (Re/Max Ocean). A 4-room apartment, 107 sqm with an 8 sqm balcony, located on the first out of three floors on Israelis Street, was sold for NIS 7,150,000 NIS (Daon Group).
Modi’in:
A 5-room apartment, 120 sqm with an 11 sqm balcony, under construction in the new neighborhood of Moreshet, was sold for NIS 3,280,000. (BuyitinIsrael).
Netanya:
A 4-room apartment, 124 sqm with a 12 sqm balcony, located on the 9th out of 14 floors, on Shlomo Hamelech in North Netanya, was sold. (Home in Israel).
Ramat Beit Shemesh
A 5-room apartment, 100sqm with a small balcony of 5 sqm, located on the third floor out of five floors, located on Nehal Refaim, RBS Aleph, was sold for NIS 2,250,000. (Elite Israel Realty).
Ashdod:
A 4-room apartment, 130 sqm on the third floor out of four floors, located on Ussishkin Street in the 15th District, was sold for NIS 2,050,000. (Re/Max Together).
Ariel
A 6-room cottage, 128 sqm with a 50 sqm yard, located on Mifraz Shlomi, was sold for NIS 1,950,000. (Nadlan Ariel).
