Ask any real estate agent in Israel about the current housing market and you’ll hear that there are plenty of interested buyers, but few serious vendors and properties to sell. Developers, on the other hand, tell us that demand for new construction remains higher than ever and sales continue at an unprecedented rate. Despite this, English-speaking real estate agents reported multiple deals in February. Read on for a small sample of these transactions.
The following is a selection of real estate deals that took place in February 2022 that involved English-speaking real estate agents in Israel. The idea is to give our readers a general idea of the residential real estate market, property prices, and activities taking place around the country that relate to Israel real estate*.
Jerusalem:
A 5-room room, semi-attached house on Mevo Hamaavak in French Hill, 135 sqm with balcony 30 sqm, sold for NIS 3,300,000 (Re/Max Vision).
Tel Aviv:
A 4-room penthouse, 127 sqm, on the 5th and top floor, located on Byron in old North Tel Aviv, was sold for NIS 12.6 Million (Daon Group).
Modi’in:
A 6-room, semi-attached house with a basement, 177 sqm with a 165 sqm yard, located on Gad Street in Buchman (Moriah) neighborhood, was sold for NIS 7,200,000. (Habayit Shelanu).
Ramat Beit Shemesh:
A 6-room apartment, 180 sqm with balconies totaling 180 sqm, located on the fifth and sixth floors out of six floors on HaRav Elyashiv, RBS Alef, was sold for NIS 4,120,000. (KLY Realty).
Ma’ale Adumim:
A 3.5-room apartment, 85 sqm, located on the first floor out of three floors (without an elevator) on HaUgav Street in the Klei Shir neighborhood, was sold for NIS 1,440,000. (Re/Max Atid).
Ashdod:
A 3-room apartment, 96 sqm on the fourth floor out of flout floors, located on Avraham Ofer, 3rd District, was sold for NIS 1,450,000. (Re/Max Together).
Haifa
A 3-room apartment, 65 sqm with a very small balcony, on the first floor out of four floors, located on Ben Yehuda, was sold for NIS 681,000. (Duet Nadlan).
