As Israel’s third lockdown continues, house viewings, closings, and everything else that is required toward purchasing a home is more complicated than ever. Despite this, English-speaking agents around the country have reported multiple real estate deals that have closed in Israel since the beginning of the new year. The following is a selection of real estate deals in Israel that took place during the month of January 2021. The idea is to give our readers a general idea of the residential real estate market, property prices, and activities taking place around the country that relate to Israel real estate*.
Tel Aviv:
A 74 sqm apartment, under construction in central Tel Aviv, on the 20th floor, with an 11 sqm balcony, was sold for 3,300,000 NIS. (Daon Group Real Estate). A 2-room apartment, 35 sqm, located on the 2nd floor out of 4 floors on Chaim Vital Street, in the Florentine neighborhood, was sold for 1,850,000 NIS. (Re/Max Ocean).
Jerusalem:
A 5-room apartment, 124 sqm, with a 6 sqm balcony, located on the 9th floor out of 11 floors on a building on Derech Beit Lechem, New Talpiot, was sold for 2,820,000 (Jackie Bitensky Real Estate). A 4 room apartment, 101 sqm, located on the ground floor of a building located on Hagihon Street in Abu Tor, was sold for 2,550,000 NIS (CapitIL Real Estate)
Shoresh:
A 7-room villa, 300 sqm with grounds of 555 sqm, located on Hashazif Street in Moshav Shoresh, was sold for NIS 6,500,000 (Re/Max Vision).
Netanya:
A 260 sqm duplex in Ir Yamim, located on the 13th floor, located on the front line to the ocean, was sold for 10,500,000 NIS. A 156 sqm apartment located on the 14th floor in Briga Towers, Ir Yamim, was sold for 3,750,000 NIS. (Home in Israel).
Modi’in Maccabim Reut:
A 4.5-room apartment, 110 sqm with a 15 sqm balcony, located on the 2nd floor out of 4 floors on Fikus Street, city center Modi’in, was sold for 2,755,000 NIS (Bayit Kal Nadlan).
Ma’ale Adumim:
A 3-room garden apartment, 85 sqm, with 50 sqm meter garden, located on Hatziltzal, in the Klei Shir neighborhood was sold for 1,430,000 NIS (Re/Max Atid).
Ariel:
A 4-room apartment, 100 sqm, with a 9 sqm balcony, located on the 1st out of 3 floors on Yaffe Nof Street 9, was sold for 1,350,000 NIS (Nadlan Ariel).
Haifa:
A 3-room apartment, 65 sqm, located on the 3rd out of 4 floors on Hapartezanim Street, in Kiryat Eliezer, was sold for 850,000 NIS (Duet Nadlan).
