June was a month that saw the aftermath of a major miltary operation, a change of government and a taste of Corona-free life in Israel. Historically, one of the busiest months for real estate deals as homebuyers seeks to move during the summer months, June of this year was no different.

The following is a selection of real estate deals that took place in June 2021 that involved English-speaking real estate agents in Israel. The idea is to give our readers a general idea of the residential real estate market, property prices, and activities taking place around the country that relate to Israel real estate*.

Tel Aviv-Jaffa:

A 3-room apartment on Pinsker Street, in north Tel Aviv, 73sqm, located on the third floor out of four floors was sold for 3,250,000 NIS. The building is slated for Tama 38 development with the planning process at an advanced stage. A very large 5-room duplex apartment, located in TLV Park on Shetulim Street, in south Tel Aviv, 145 sqm with 150 sqm garden, was sold for 3,230,000 NIS. (Re/Max Ocean).

A 4-room apartment, 100 sqm on Derech Hevron, on the border of Baka and North Talpiot, located on the third out of six floors was sold for 3,000,000 NIS (Dwellings in Jerusalem).

Pardes Hana

A 2-family home, 4 rooms (originally 5), 158 sqm on a 280 sqm lot, located on Afarsek St., Moshava Halevana, was sold for 2,625,000 (Remax Professionals).

Modi’in, Maccabim, Reut

A 4-room apartment, 110 sqm with a 48 sqm balcony, located on the second floor out of five floors with an elevator, Shivtei Yisrael Street in Buchman, was sold for 3,000,000 NIS. (Buyitinisrael/Dwellings in Jerusalem).

Ariel:

A 3-room garden apartment, 104 sqm, with a 10 sqm balcony, located on the fifth floor out of eight floors on Derech Ha Tzionut Street, was sold for 1,400,000 NIS (Nadlan Ariel).

A 4-room apartment, 120 sqm, with a sea-facing balcony, located on the fourth floor out of twenty-four floors on Hillel Street, very close to the Bahai Gardens, was sold for 1,600,000 NIS. (Duet Nadlan).
